Business meetings are held twice a month, the 1st and 3rd Tuesday, at 7:00pm in the MPR .
Our council hosts a large number of council activities throughout the year. Besides those listed on the calender, we have done the following:
In the Fall we have tailgates before all home Mizzou Football games, raising money for a variety of charities, as well as a parish brunch each semester (formerly the pancake breakfast, click here for picks from last November's).
We have donated money to a multitude of charities including the Newman Center, the Vitae Caring Foundation , Missouri Special Olympics, and the Supreme Council Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund.
Each December we have a council Christmas party for members and their frineds/families, with a cookout in the summer.
Our council has undertaken a variety of Newman activities. We helped plant the shrubs in the courtyard, provided the tent/grill for the Newman Welcome in August. Furthermore, we have made donations to multiple seminarians, charities, and organizations within Newman (Awakenings, CEP, and the music ministry).
