All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or delivery. We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it, but as we do make the orders as they come, time should be allowed to fully let the products develop. We'll notify you by email of the time it will take.

This selection is the only we use to ensure timely arrival and delivery of precious products which may be affected by the mailing process.

We accept credit cards through paypal, money orders, personal checks, and paypal. If you're wanting to make an order via check or money order please email us at [email protected] to place your order. A fee will occur if your check is cancelled.

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Returns must be phoned in or emailed prior to refund. Due to sanitary purposes, we cannot accept body products to be sent back. If there is a problem with the item, you will be presented with the same scent and color of the item you ordered.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours you will face a fee for the time we've spent making your items!

Keep in mind that not everyone has the same taste in scents. Please order a "sniffie" before-hand if you're not sure about the scent. Or request a sample to try the particular product.
