Author's Note: Sailor Moon doesn't belong to me, never have and never will.

********************************

Ami was walking down the road. It was rather chilly that night. The lampposts light up the path and the stars ignite the black veil that covers the clear sky. There is no one on the road except her and the soft tunes made by the crickets that rang in the air. Then, she stopped. Time seemed to freeze around her and the silence was deafening and her heart was aching for something emerged within her that rends her heart with a sharp blade. There, was a small path leading to a secret place. "Should I go or not?" thought Ami to herself.

It seemed like thousands of seasons had passed when she finally made her choice. Ami walked on the path and made a few turns. As she ambled she caught sweet scents of the forest and they healed the twinge in her heart. Then there she was, at the lake in the small forest. She could feel the soft wind blowing at her face. Strings of sweet memories wove themselves in her mind. The memories, woven like a web, a very complex structure feel as if all had happened yesterday. Ami went near the lake and took off her shoes and dipped her feet in the cold water. She looked around her, admiring the view and the moon's image on the water. Vivid and clear was the moon, too beautiful for words to describe. Ami who was rapt in the recollection of the memories thought of how six of them used to hang out at the place.

A chuckle escaped her lips when she remembered at how Usagi and Rei used to quarrel at each other all the time, with Chibiusa making fun of Usagi and Usagi kept eating non-stop stuffing food in her mouth one after another. "Those were the times," she said silently, her chin on her chest. Their dreams, which seemed impossible to grasp are now a reality. Ami is a successful doctor, Rei is an idol to most of the teenage girls, Usagi is with Mamoru, Makoto haven't heard any news from her and Minako is an actress. Hot tears, touched by the moonlight, forming their own artificial light, rolled down Ami's cheeks when she thought of Urawa. He's gone and she's alone now with nothing but painful memories of him. No one is there to comfort her anymore and no one to say 'I love you'.

"Urawa why did you have to go?" Ami can't accept the fact that he is gone and this adds to the sorrow that she already felt. She lay on the moist ground looking up into the clear sky, and the smell of the soft grass soothed her mind. The brightest star seemed to smile down on her, radiating its light illuminating her heart. Ami closed her eyes wishing to find her friends beside her when she wakes up, not letting them go. She hopes that all that had happened was naught but a dream and she will find not only her friends beside her, but the one who once had showered her with love too.
