Open up a new image, transparent, 500x500 Flood fill this white

Open your flower & copy & paste as a new image. Resize by 50%. Duplicate this image & click back onto your original not your copy. Go to plugins Toadies-Blast & blur

Open your paper, image-free rotate-180 degrees left
Now copy & paste your paper onto your image.Make sure it is the top layer.Resize by 12%. Free rotate--Right--20 degrees


Open your envelopes & copy & paste onto your image.Put this underneath your paper.Resize by 21%.Free rotate--Left--20 degrees



Open your polaroid.copy & paste onto your image.Make sure this is your top layer.Ok, we are gonna close everything else off except your polaroid.


Change to your magic wand,tolerance at 20.Click inside of your polaroid.Go to selections--modify--expand by 1,click ok.
Open up your sunset picture & paste it onto your image.Resize it by 40% & pull it over a bit until it fills your polaroid & you are happy with the picture inside of your marching ants.
Now go to selections,invert.Push delete on your computer & the excess of your pic should have disappeared.Selections,select none.
Layers--Merge--Merge visible
Effects--3d effects--drop shadow-- V -1,H 1,O 45,B 2, C Black
Open up your tube & paste it onto your image, making sure it is on top.You need your tube to be just bigger then your polaroid.I resized my tube by 126%
Layers--Megre--Merge down
Open everything back up again on your image.

Click on your polaroid & resize it.How much depends on what polaroid you have used.I used resized mine by 50%

We are now gonna show the ribbon of the envelopes wrapping around the paper.Rearrange your paper & polaroid to suit you, making sure your paper will look like it is poking through the ribbons.


Now click on your erase tool,size 9.Make sure your paper is selected.I find it easier to lower the opacity of the paper,just while you erase bits of it.Now erase all the paper which overlaps onto the ribbons.Don't forget to put your opacity back to a 100 after you have finished.


Now add some words to your paper.I used font 2peas Apple Crisp with a gradient colour.Size 36.I rotated each sentence so it looked like the words were going across the paper & underneath the polaroid.I also clicked on my polaroid layer & wrote some words across the bottom.



Click on your white background & add a new raster layer.Now add some brushes of your choice.I also added a brush onto my paper.


Click on your top layer again add a new raster layer.Add your name & your copyright info to your image.
Ok, we are now ready to animate.Click on your polaroid layer & get your magic wand, settings as before but change your mode to add (shift).Click onto the sea in your picture until it has marching ants all around it.


Go to plugins-DSB Flux-Bright noise
Intensity 29
Mix
Selections none
Now go to edit--copy merged & paste it into animation shop.
Back in psp, undo twice & go back to Dsb Flux--bright noise, use the same settings as before but click on mix twice.Copy merge & paste this layer after your other one in ani shop.
Go back & repeat above but click mix 3x's, paste as the last layer in your ani shop.
Click on your view animation & your tag has been made.*(**,)*
U can play around with the hue & sat or the colorize to get different effects.
