Open up a new image, transparent, 600x600 Flood fill this white

Select your preset shape smerfy-crop bats--II--AOE 3
Chose a gradient of your choice for the background & white for your foreground
Set your width to 3 & draw out your shape to fill most of the tag.
Add a dropshadow--V 2.H-2.O 55.Blur 3..Colour black
Now repeat but change the V & H..V-2.H 2.


Duplicate your shape & click back on your original
Resize this by 105% & change the blend mode to exclusion & opacity to 62
Go to Adjust--blur--gaussian blur--20.00
Effects--plug-ins--toadies--blast em--settings--diffuse 50--trans 147
Click back on your top copy of your shape, & draw another shape on top of it.
It needs to be smaller then the original.See pic underneath for reference
It needs to be just in the last outer circle.I have lowered my opacity so i can get an exact circle.


New raster layer, grab your text tool.
Put your text tool near your shape till you see a curved line under your A, now click & write your text.
I used font 2 peas groovy bloom at size 36 & wrote flower power
I had a little trouble with my text going all the way round but if this happens just push space after your writing & it should continue, then after you have clicked ok on your text,convert to raster.
Grab your erase tool & erase the bits that shouldn't be there
You can now delete your shape you used to draw your text around


Open your green & purple flowers.
Paste your purple flower 1st
Resize it so it fits nicely in your cresent shape.I resized mine by 6%
Repeat this with your green flower, then purple, then green again.
See pic underneath for a refernce.
Now you want to merge only your flowers together
Duplicate your flowers, image--flip.
Place your flowers on the bottom of your cresent.
I rotated mine by 32 left, so it fits in the cresent


Click on your blast em layer.
Add new layer
Copy & paste the flowers without leaves onto your tag.
Do this a few times & place them where you are happy with them.
Merge these flowers together
Selections--select all--float
Go to your eye candy glass effect.
I used ruby for my flowers.
Selections--select none.


Click on the top layer of your tag
Add a new layer & grab your preset shape tool
Draw a your shape again.
See tag underneath for reference


Add new layer & take your text tool till you see the curve under the A
Now write the name you want on your tag
I used the same font as before with a width of 2, background white--foreground gradient
Convert to raster, go to eye candy 5--glass--i used clear
Change your opacity to 73


Now add your cr info
Open your tube & erase the cr info off of that.
Copy & paste it onto your tag as the top layer.
Make it look like it hanging from the middle of your cresent,see tag for reference


Edit--copy merge--paste in animation shop.Paste this again after current frame
Now duplicate your tube 2x's
Rotate one left by 24 & place your chain top where your original chain met the shape
Close out your other two duplicates & copy merge, paste in ani shop after your 1st paste.This will put in as number 2 frame
Now repeat these stage but rotate right & paste it has frame number 4
In ani shop go to edit--select all--animation--frame properties--change to 40 & now you can animate.
Save your tag as a gif.
