Open the pic u wanna colour in PSP. I will be using PSP 10 but most are the same. This is the pic I am gonna be using.



First off I am gonna colour our fairy. Click on ya magic wand & put your settings like mine.



Now click on the wings, dress & slippers of the fairy until they have marching ants all around them.



Now go 2 Adjust-hue & saturation-colourize



Set your settings like mine.



Then push ok. Right click on ya pic 2 make the ants disappear. Now with ya magic wand click on the actual fairy 2 colour her skin. Make sure u get everywhere. Do not click on the eyelids cos we will be colouring them a different colour.



Now go 2 Adjust-hue & saturation-hue/saturation/lightness



Now put your settings like mine.



Now right click on ya pic so the ants disappear. Ok now we are going 2 colour the eyes. Click with ya magic wand on each iris.



Now go 2 Adjust-hue & saturation-colorize & use these settings.



Click OK & then right click on ya pic. Now magic wand the eyelids. Go 2 Adjust-hue & saturation-hue/saturation/lightness Set your settings 2 these.



Click ok then right click on ya pic. Now we need 2 magic wand the lips. Go 2 Adjust-hue & saturation-hue/saturation/lightness Use my settings.



Click ok & right click on ya pic. Magic wand all the hair. Just keep clicking till it is all one big band of marching ants.



Click on Adjust-hue & saturation-hue/saturation/lightness Use my settings.



Click ok & right click on ya pic. That�s it ya fairy is coloured.J Now on 2 ya background bars. Magic wand each one. Make sure u get the one behind the fairy.



Ok we are gonna colour this one a little different. Click on ya fill tool with these settings.



Now go 2 materials & click on the foreground colour. Gradients & rainbow.



Now fill each bar with ya rainbow fill. Now right click on ya pic. Lastly we are gonna colour the arrows. Magic wand them. Now go 2 materials & gradients & change your settings 2 mine.



Now flood fill ya arrows, right click & voila ya picture is now coloured.

U can play around with the colours now u have the basics.
