Detective Conan News! File 598
As I expected, the Black Organization member was the one with cervical sprain. I knew it was him because of his evil smile. However, the way Conan knew it was lame. Since the man drank canned Coffee, Conan concluded that he had to bend his neck. I'd say he drank it with straw.. At the end, not only the FBI failed to capture him, but he killed himself. Which means that the black organization will come back to the hospital to investigate soon. Also, it was revealed to the readers that Eisuke was still in the hospital. I feel like a big Confrontation between all of them is going to happen soon.

Since it was canned Coffee, it should be OK to drink it by a straw.
