I am
a graduate student studying ecology and evolution at Iowa State. I am interested in
looking at the interactions between coevolving species across a broad
geographic mosaic of populations. Although my professional interests
are on the science of
evolutionary biology, I have studied
both biology and philosophy at Southern
Illinois University Edwardsville and thus enjoy writing on and
discussing subjects as diverse as metaphysics, genetics, cosmology,
ethics, and
anything else on the subject of life,
the universe, and everything. Important to my writing, and life in
general, is a worldview that is utilitarian,
bright, and empiricist.
Politically, I align myself with the Darwinian
left.
