Zee T.V. Sa Re Ga Ma

		
  
		In March 2000, Mixed Fruit Jam was selected among 11 bands in the country to compete at the All India 
	Inter-Band Competition to be telecast on Zee TV's Popular Programme Sa Re Ga Ma. Between the 4th and 16th of May 
	Mixed Fruit Jam was in Bombay. Two of Bangalore's finest Indian Classical singers Bhuvaneshwari and Souvik Mukerjee 
	accompanied the band to add an Eastern Touch to the band. Mixed Fruit Jam made it through to the finals that was held 
	at the Famous Studios in Bombay where they came  Second  in the Country. They were thrilled. They returned to Bangalore 
	eagerly awaiting the telecast of the programme on Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma on the 24th of September and 15th of 
	October,2000.
