| Prototype system in information and communication technology is a very important step for building up a program for implementing knowledge management. The purpose of software programming is based upon the needs of the users. These needs are screened and cooperated by the people who involved such as stakeholders and customers. The stakeholders here refer to the learners who are considered to benefit by using the software to assist them learn better than the traditional method. And the customers refer to the students parents or future employers who require the quality of the students knowledge after their completion in a certain level. The software prototype contributes to some essential didactic and curricular changes in optimizing education for all learners, in particular the learners who are at risk. Prototype system helps the students become the independent learners. Instead of relying on the teachers assistance the students will know which specific area of their knowledge needs improving. This will make their learning more interesting and they will be proud of themselves when they can explore their knowledge by themselves. In terms of flexibility, the software seems to be basic to the further development of optimum education including ICT. Moreover, the software prototype acts like a supportive planning and management system for teacher, learners, the organization and the stakeholders alike. It therefore is necessary to continue the developmental work using this software in all levels of education. |
