Who everyone worships and why.
&Evel
God of the Sun, Evel is who almost everyone worships during the Solstice and who everyone prays to during the Equinox. Evel is one of the most cherished Gods and he, next to Ramys, receives the most tribute throughout the year. He has great power over light and his power is greatest during the Solstice. Often depicted with a cheery attitude and a forgiving smile, Evel is brother to Cameioda.
&Kyeh
God of the Heavens and ruler of the others, Kyeh is perceived as the most powerful being throughout all of Kabria. To have a succesful afterlife, it is believed you must be in Kyeh's good graces. He is also in charge of the weather, and many of his patrons are farmers.
&Nephia
Goddess of Death, Nephia, next to Biancle, is probably the most feared of all the Gods and Goddesses. It is thought that if Kyeh does not give his graces for death, then you fall into Nephia's hands. There are also many myths about how she takes her anger out on those that have scorned her in some way. She is typically characterized as angry.
&Datir
God of the Earth, Datir is thought a more mellow God, hearing prayers of many and usually responding. Once, a child prayed to Datir for a rose to bloom during the Equinox because they were his mother's favorite and she was ill. He just knew a rose would make her better. When the boy exited the church, a rose had sprouted and bloomed right in his path. Farmers pray often to him as well.
&Ramys
The Goddess of Love, Ramys is one, if not the most, beloved of all the celestial beings. She receives a vast amount of tribute and many worship the very ground that she has supposedly walked on as well. Lovers, Married couples, widows, and youths all pray to her for success with love. Scorned lovers usually pray to her as well.
&Neiket
The Goddes of War and Weapons, participants of the army and blacksmith usually pay her some kind of respect or praise. Neiket is often thought of as continuously smirking and very full of herself. Those blessed by Neiket are said to be great warriors and soldiers. Many have often claimed seeing her ride across the skies in a black chariot pulled by towering war horses. No one can confirm this.
&Cameioda
God of night and brother to Evel, Cameioda is a laidback God that takes pleasure in his position. Once jealous of his brother's power, Cameioda no longer suffers any poor feelings he once had and receives a fair following from the masses (usually elves). His power is most prominent during the Equinox and he has control over the moons of Kabria as well.
&Biancle
The secret keeper of the Gods and Goddesses, she is also the Goddess of silence and punishment. Disfigurements or problems with the body, like being mute or having 6 toes, are commonly her doing. The people are fearful of the Gods and Goddesses and do their best not to receive these punishments or judgements from Biana. Typically, when another God or Goddess is upset with a mortal, Biancle is the one to judge and punish them. In extreme cases, they are doomed to purgatory with Nephia.
&Atire
Goddess of Prophecy and Prayer, is a gentle woman with a kind smile. She is most valued by those with a great magical gift and those that are very religiously active. Most priests and priestess, while devoting themselves to another God or Goddess, pay respect to Atire as well. She has one high priestess (Atira) who has recently resigned from her position to become a wandering priestess.
&Mikumo
God of Artisans, Mikumo is most respected and loved by those that are artistically talented and those that work with their hands. Weavers, jewlers, and painters all pay tribute to this God. Besides this, not much is known of him.
