The book contains the lectures in the subject of “ Organization and manner of Hotel Management ” which is studied in the second year at continuity studies at the Faculty for Tourism and Catering in Ohrid.
This work is consisted of three parts.
In the first (introductory) part the base concepts of the Economy are elaborated, the main terms of the Catering, and the term, significance and specifics of Hotel Management.
The second part elaborates the organization and manner of Hotel Management. The organization is elaborated through macro and micro aspect while the manner for all separate services in the hotel.
In the third part some of the determined specifics of working in Hotel Management are adapted, such as communication with guests, business and household rules, legal bases of working in Hotel Management, responsibility, insurance and business connection in Hotel Management.
I hope that as such it will serve to a bigger audience.
