These shots, mostly Squamish climbing, were, as is obvious from the title,
taken during the month of July. Does it matter? No.

[index] [june pics] [matt pics]

July_01.jpg: Me climbing "The Cutting Edge", V4. Check the mad footwork..

July_02.jpg: Paul Schlotfeldt redpointing some 5.12d at Cheakamus Canyon.

July_03.jpg: Another angle.

July_04.jpg: Me pulling the lip on "The Cutting Edge".

July_05.jpg: A fucking sweet pictures of me finishing the problem.

July_06.jpg: I'm a poser, I'll admit that. On top of "Cutting Edge".

July_07.jpg: Matt on the same route, working the start as it gets dark.

July_08.jpg: After climbing, we were visited by beings from another galaxy.

July_09.jpg: Matt arriving at the crux of "Cutting Edge".

July_10.jpg: A cool shot of Mike, just leaving the ground.

July_11.jpg: Not sure what this problem was called.. it was hard though.
Mike, concentrating hard.

July_12.jpg: A previous move on the same climb.

July_13.jpg: Me, attempting to get somewhere on "Backseat", V10. That big hold is much
worse than it looks. This route has always given me trouble...

July_14.jpg: This is a cool problem, on the "Black Dyke Boulder". It's quite hard. Not
real sure who's climbing, Eric, from Salt Lake City Utah, admiring..

July_15.jpg: Nicola, climbing the "Daddy Long Legs Traverse" (?) which exits right from
the start to the ever popular "Sloppy Poppy"

July_16.jpg: Dale, climbing the start moves to "Sloppy Poppy", V4.

July_17.jpg: Again, just a few move higher up, Nicola looking on.

July_18.jpg: At the crux.. Bad left hand sloper, good right hand crimp, big move to a bad
sloper and hard top-out.

July_19.jpg: A nice shot of Nicola cruising "Sloppy Poppy".

July_20.jpg: ... reaching for that bad left hand...

July_21.jpg: ... and using her secret undercling beta to pull that topout. She
really makes it look easy, but it's actually quite hard.

July_22.jpg: Me again on "Backseat", trying to get my right 6 inches above
my head and 3 feet to the right.. the crux, for me.

July_23.jpg: Now that my foot is on, bear down hard, rotate onto that foot...

July_24.jpg: Deadpoint up with your right, and match just above to a good hold with your
left. Straining my ASS OFF.

July_25.jpg: From there, reach up to some big ol' jugs...

July_26.jpg: Then up with your left hand to a good crimp, highstep right, reach up to a
thin micro crimp, and top it out.
Note that I didn't actually get it yet, Nicola was taking weight.
(Pushing my fat ass up the wall, to you non-climbers)

July_27.jpg: My fucking SWEEET ride. 1989 BMW 325i.

July_28.jpg: Rear view.

July_29.jpg: Front view.. does she look fast, or does she look fast? Damn straight.

July_30.jpg: A view of the engine for you car enthusiasts.

July_31.jpg: A shot of the interior. The leather I'd bragged about before turned out to
be vinyl, but they'll be retrimmed in real leather soon enough!

July_32.jpg: Another shot of the interior. It's all about the BMW logo on the steering wheel.

July_33.jpg: See? I can be sensitive. I took a picture of some flowers and a cat.
Just kidding. This is our backyard, and I was just wasting film.
