(Mary Weston/Staff Photos) « 1 » OROVILLE -- One night this week, someone slipped into the Oroville Cemetery and stole two panels of fencing that have a historical value much greater than the thieves probably realized. Cheryl Costa, manager of the cemetery district, said she has been tracing the value, which could be $60,000, but the
