Intended Major: Make sure you can express your reasons for this major.
Proof of Selective Service Registration (Males 18 and over)
Identification Card (may be needed).
Letters of Recommendation from teachers, ministers/priests, employers, etc.
Essay of given topic: You may want to have a generic one prepared on your intended major and your reasons for this choice. Essay should be at least 500 words.
