Deo Gratias conforms to the views of the Society of Saint Pius X. Deo Gratias however is not directly affiliated with the SSPX and therefore any disagreement, unless otherwise stated, is a disagreement with us and not them. We will not tolerate criticism that blindly belittles the Society or its founder Archbishop Lefebvre. We are in the business of providing reason and support and any unprecedented and vicious denial or bias will not be tolerated.

Dear Confused Individuals,

I have been called, and indeed, I am as stationary and as unshifting as the Rock of Gibraltar. The Intolerant Rock, the type of person whom died with the birth of the Renaissance. If one is willing to say this about me, then I clearly accept the compliment. First, Christ founded his Church on Kephas, a.k.a. Peter who is and has always been the Rock. To be compared to that holy man is a privilege rewarding in itself.

They scoff at me, the Italian Papist, that person who cannot think for himself and must obey the every whim of the Pope in Rome, the unenlightened fellow.  I make no excuses, but offer that one investigates my essay The Sarcophagus that is Vatican II. For all of those, Catholics, that calls me the schismatic Lefebvrist I offer the grounded and canonical defence that the SSPX has been offering for years.

I have been accused of defending Romish gibberish, which, I understand to e similar to Yiddish.  Traditionalists, are all the same, we need to adapt to the XXIst century. Pfui
I ask those who think I would have been more properly placed in Antiquity to read my Essay on Intellect and Consistency.

In conclusion, one may attack the bastions of the Church, but no matter how strong the wind blows, the mountain will not bow to it.

THE HOPELESS CASES DEO GRATIAS PRAYS FOR

We hope for:
The resurrection of the Holy Roman Empire
The reinstitution of the Papal Inquisition
and furthermore, the declaration of an Eternal Crusade

THE FINE PRI
NT

I, James S. Conklin, am not a priest, though I hope to be someday, and am not given the authority to discern truth and error.

We, at Deo Gratias, are not formally schismatic or sedevacantists. Nevertheless, the Editorials are the opinion of this website on the matters discussed. Often these opinions are in direct agreement with Church Dogma, others are implied logic.

I do not conform to the politically correct; it is a direct descendant of Liberalism, which is a mental disorder.

I do not treat all persons equally, in life we have rank. Deal with it.

I am NOT liberal, radical, reactionary, democrat or republican. I am an independent
true right-wing conservative, who hopes to have a real Catholic monarch of pious morality, governing a country in the perfect monarchy of God. As this is one of St. Judes hopeless cases, I confine myself to democracy and the preservation of defence and integrity.

I am of Italian decent, therefore I am stereotypically outspoken and obnoxious.

We cannot gain or lose anything from manipulating and deceiving our audience, and that is not our intention.

We want to preserve the truth that the Catholic Church has always taught, and protect the name of Christ.

We offend intentionally, blatancy relieves confusion and gives directly the opinion of our Editors, regardless of offence.

I like Pickles, and randomness.

It is with the humble, yet blatant, resolve to guide the lost, that I so candidly support the truth.

Those who find offence in the content of this site may directly appeal to God and it is possible that he will intervene, but we doubt that this mission will be halted at any time, in the near future, by temporal or divine powers.
