First day Sam and Zoe travel in our new minivan. Mom's group Spring Fling event. Sam and Zoe draw with markers. Sam and Zoe walk while gripping our finger. Mitch and Sam play catch with a large ball. Zoe masters the pulling-the=dog-by-the-string toy. Sam falls off the baby chair and bites his tongue causing him to drip blood for a minute.
Sam and Zoe try to open doors with keys (started last week).
Zoe kisses us on cheek.
Sam and Zoe like to climb on top of furniture. They climb into their stroller, climb and stand on the glider, and climb and stand on the coffee table.
Sam and Zoe give Mitch a hysterically happy greeting, flapping arms, laughing, yapping, imitating Mitch's bows. Zoe gets Mitch his favorite sneakers to change into after work.
Sam says "apple" clearly. Zoe says "bappa" with equal confidence.
Zoe runs hands through Sam's hair and applies brush (backwards).
Sam's hair is curly!
Sam says "carrot", "Jodi" (copying Mitch). Sam and Zoe say "daddy", and "up" (to get onto bed). Sam and Zoe say "more" when they want more food (used to sound like "ma").
Sam says "nice" while petting Mitch's hair. Sam and Zoe switch to one nap.
Zoe wears her hair in pigtails.
Sam and Zoe run. Sam and Zoe eat with a fork and spoon. Sam and Zoe regularly call Mitch "daddy." Sam enjoys the bouncing air tent at fair. Sam and Zoe pet goats, rabbits, and chickens. Sam shrieks regularly especially when he is denied something. Sam and Zoe say "bye bye" all the time. Zoe dances a jig and has a new funny walk kicking each foot up.
Sam and Zoe like to nod their heads and say "no no no no" when they don't want something. Sam and Zoe's first swim in the new community center (3rd time in a pool, 1st time in 2001).
Sam and Zoe play under the deck. Sam and Zoe wake us up during the night due to teething pains and lost pacifiers (Sam).
