| Game Show Hosts | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Honorable Mention: Phil Moore. This lovable host of Nickelodeon's Arcade Game, was so mistakable for the great Lavar Burton of Star Trek and Reading Rainbow, that you had to love him. He always brought high energy and a sense of...not quite Lavar Burton, but he reminds us of Lavar, so he's ok in my book. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Honorable Mention: Louie Anderson. He was large and depressed, and we just laughed at him. Gotta love his old cartoon though. Honorable Mention: Summer Sanders. Such a babe, those kids were always nervous around her for just that reason. Figure it out! |

| 10. Pat Sajak: A classic amonst game shows, Wheel of Fortune has been running strong for ages. With Vanna White behind him, Pat is always good to go and the crowd loves it. I'd die a happy man if i could once buy a vowel off him, then pull him aside and say, "I liked to solve the puzzle." | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 9. Dick Clark: A veteran of the old school Game Shows, this man is a household name for nothing in particular. He's the lovable face of the new year (better not be replaced by Seacrest) and we all wish him a good recovery from the stroke. Before you know it, he'll be bringing the dating game back to the GSN. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 8. Ben Stein/Jimmie Kimmel: Although the show kind of sucked, these two carried what they could. Jimmie with his perversion and Ben with his Stein, rocked this show into something worth watchin when there was nothing else on. The final format with the booths and the 10 questions in 60 seconds was usually pretty emotional and we all loved Steins surprise when he got a question wrong. We were all impressed, however, to find how well Kimmel can read. Hate his talk show though. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 7. Richard Karn: When we all saw Al on TV, we immediately thought is Tool Time back on the air? None the less, after we stopped laughing, turns out he's a great host. The feud is back in style and Karn is such a class act. Who would have thought that an old school sidekick could run a show so well. Congrats for being back on t.v. Rich, your the man. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 6. Richard Dawson: This Feud Host was infamous for practically raping all the women, no matter what the age, who were on his show. He clearly drank on set every day, and no one was surprised when they found out he had killed himself. The real surprise is, he didn't. It was the other host, Ray Combs, who put himself to rest. When everyone heard that a Family Feud host had killed himself, everyone immediately thinks of Dawson. I don't know why. Oh ya, the drunken raping. Nevertheless, he's a class act and the man. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 5. Alex Trebek: By far the most arrogant host on TV, he could be the most arrogant man in the world. But, with all the SNL skits in his face, and his mysterious mustache-no mastache combo, he's the most business host in the biz. Jeopardy is always a classic gameshow and it wouldn't be the same without Trebek. We need more celebrity versions though. Andy Richter did great and all, and i love him, but he's no celebrity. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 4. Mike O'Malley: DO DO DO DO YOU HAVE IT? With his start on picture this, we all knew this guy was going places (okay, he was a scrawny, overeccentric hack but we loved him....until he joined Yes Dear, which i'll watch if nothing else is on, but im ashamed of it). His intensity peaked when picked up by the ultimate game show GUTS. Accompanied by the always brilliant, always sexy Moe, and the Agrocrag aka Mega Agrocrag aka Super Mega Agrocrag, O'Malley brings full forced intensity to even the lamest of events. He's a Beantown icon, and hopefully one day he'll go back to his game show roots. I'd kill for a piece of the crag man. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 3. Chuck Woolery: This guys been in show biz for like 40 years and yet he's still a hack. You have to love his unorganized, uncaring style. He's been on countless game shows and hosts probably the best new game show in the past 5 years: Lingo. He's always hittin on the ladies and even had his own show....Naturally Stoned???? If he can get away with that title, he can get away with anything. Just look at him. Brilliant! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 2. Marc Summers: Here's a guy who's always down for the Phyical Challenge. His terrible jokes and interaction with voice man Harvey, made us laugh and cry at the same time. We always asked ourselves if him and Robin had a fling. But this obsessive compulsive fit ironically perfect in Double Dare and What Would You Do. He claims most of his inspiration to host came from the number one seed on this countdown. He's still hosting game shows on places like the food network, and recently (in the past 4 or 5 years) produced resurrections of Double Dare and Wild and Crazy kids. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 1. Bob Barker: Literally the biggest mac daddy on the planet, this 83 year old? is still running strong. He's an athlete (went to school on a Bball scholarship), served in the Navy, and is a powerful animal rights advocate due to his former wife (she died over 20 years ago of Lung Cancer I think). He's been a voice in Futurama and Family Guy, he's beat up Adam Sandler, and people just go crazy for him. The Price is Right is the 6th longest running daytime t.v. program (damn soap operas) and theres no stopping it. He's just surrounded by hot women (who, after his wife passed, he had sex with. He called it "hanky panky"). The shows not the same without Rod Roddy, but you gotta love barker. He's a man's man, a lady's man, and just the man. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
