I wake up in the morning and look out to my window. Snow again. Wondering down the halls I see everyone is still asleep. I get the keys and walk outside. Dusting off my car I see my neighbor shovling. A good morning to them and I'm off. Driving down my street I see the children running around. A smile aponds my face as I stop my car. Getting out and walking up to a pile of snow, I grab a handful. As they run, I throw more. Life's made to have fun, right? Still running I seem to lose them. The snow comes down even heavier now. Back to my car driving I go off onto the path in the woods. The music going as I'm singing, I see someone walking. Offering them a ride, they get in. As I'm driving, they keep their hood on. I as for them to take it off and they do. I stop the car and just stare at them. Beautiful crystal green eyes. He kisses me and says, "thanks for the ride, hope to see you again someday.". He shuts the door and on I drive. My cell phone rings as I read the number that comes up. Parents are after me again. On I drive, but faster in this storm, so they will not find me. The troubled past comes to my mind. I just got to get away. A run-away I am. Only 16 and driving away as I go. I am free. I am dead. I stop my car and get out. "Come and take me away wind" I say. "You want me, well go ahead. Break me in two. Take it all away." as I go on. The man with the beautiful crystal green eyes meets up with me. He carries me back to my car and puts me in, then he drives away with me. Into the snow we go. They never found us, because we drove into the Ice Kingdom, a place where we froze in time. Together forever.
