It's night. You dream.... that you are walking in a golden light. The light gives your body a reflection and your arms are open. It looks like you're glowing, like a fallen angel. It feels like the end of time though. As you glow and keep walking into the golden light, you see a hand. You walk closer and grab it. Then you see his blue eyes. You know who he is and you love him with all your heart and soul. But he lets go of your head. You then fall to the cold ground and hear an opra singing. The music playing. His deep laughter while he holds one of your best friend in his gental arms. You bring your head up with the tears in them. Once again, it feels like the end of time. He loves everyone else but you. You just see his smile and his blue eyes and you fall in love with him. The rain comes now, but the golden light keeps going. You just get up, very slowly. Your eyes are very heavy, but you're not crying. You want to be strong. You don't want to go on anymore. Life is a waste with out love. Now it doesn't even matter anymore. You get the picture of what life is. You watch, as he kisses her face. Your hand folded under your chin. As you watch, you nod your head, saying in the back of your mind, this is the way life is. If he wants her, let it be... The opra gets louder. You hear her laughter now. All you wanted was for him to include you in his life, his world. The thunder hits now. The rain keeps going. The golden ray of light is still there, so innocent, so still and peaceful. You walk past them, as they hold eachother. Walking down the steps, you still hear the laughter from there voices. I've saved others, but you were the hardest one in my path. But I will keep at it, always being there, by your side, because she'll leave you, just like all the others. I still hear your dark cries and screams. You would call yourself nothing, a worthless person taking up space in the world. You'd say that you're in this Pit, a dark and sad place where you go to sit, cry, and wonder why she left you. It feels like the end of time. But I stop dead in my tracks, turning my head around. I see you, still holding her, but her back is toward me. So I can only see you. But surprisingly, you're looking back at me. I know what you're thinking. That I'm right and when this one does leave you, you'll come to me, with the tears in those beauitful blue eyes God gave you. And the first thing you'll say to me is, "You were right the whole time.... I'm sorry, but it feels like the end of time." And when you do come to me like that..... I'll take you in my arms and hold you so tight that I'll never let you go. I got the tears in my green eyes now. I turn back around and run out, into the rain and thunder. I see lightning, so frightfull and bright. The cars pass me by, screaming at me to get out of the way when I'm on the sidewalk. I'm hoping for you to drop her and run after me, because you know where I'm going. Where the lightning strikes... the cliff where the sharp rocks are in the ocean. As I run threw the woods, I stumble from a stick. I get up slowly, crying, but there's a small puddle infront of me. I see my reflection. I hit the puddle and scream at it. I hear foot steps a few seconds after. I want to stay and see who it is. But I run insted and finally reach the cliff. I put my left foot on the edge first, then my right. Looking over and seeing the sharp rocks and the ocean, I throw a blue rock with a silver slash threw it and count how many seconds it takes to hit. Next I pray to God telling that I'm sorry to do what I must do. Telling him that no one loves me in this crule. The last thing I say to him before Amen is, God, if you know someone, anyone who loves me, please show me a sign or themselves. I wait for about 3 minuets, looking all around for signs. Anything. But nothing comes. I say Amen to God with the tears in my eyes. And say softly to myself, "it is now the end of time" and I jump, putting my arms up. But when I jumped, someone grabed my left arm. I look to see who, but it's so dark I can't tell. When I'm back on my feet on the ground, I look at the person, trying my hardest to find out who they are. As I ask them, they leave. Running as fast as they can. The next day as I'm walking by the place were you were yesterday with her, I see your best friend talking to you. I walk by with my head down. But I'm stopped my your best friend. I look up at him to see his green eyes looking at mine. He says to me, "I believe you droped this last night" with is witty smily. I look at the rock he gave back to me. The one I threw in the ocean, the blue rock with the silver slash threw it. I looked at him, with my sad green eyes and say "thank you..." with a shaky voice. I walk away thinking he was the one who saved me. He was the first that ever did. He was the one who loves me. It wasn't you and never will be.
