| A really cute little baby squirrel who I found in the corner of my house. He had obviously fallen out of his squirrel's nest. He loved to play with me especially climbing up on my head! |

| I found him in some dry leaves by right in the corner |
| I named him Mattitat after Matt because Matt wanted to keep him too! |
| Mattitat slept in an old wooden box with a blanket in the bottom and an old window screen for a cover |
| Mattitat wasn't afraid of people probably because he was very young. |
| I still have a little gravestone in my backyard that has "Mattitat" written on it in permanent marker with the signatures of all the people who knew him. |
