Indian Head Massage involves the upperback, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.  The receiver is fully clothed and may sit in a chair or lay on a table.  As the name implies "massage" using various techniques of friction and effleurage on the upperback, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.

This simple but effective treatment can be given while the receiver sits in a chair or lays on a table.  There is no need to undress, but loose and comfortable clothes are suggested.  A typical session will last 30 to 45 minutes.  There will be back ground music and low lighting to help relax the receiver.  It is important to drink lots of water after a session in order to flush out toxins that have been released.
