Research Requirements
In order to do research:
1)You must be stationed at Genlabs.
2)Join and be active in the Research Department
3)Have filled out the electronic database with your information in
  the Research Deparment Noticeboard

Research Protocol
In order for research projects to be granted authorization and aid:

The researcher must write and send me an Abstract of their project. Such abstract must include:
-Brief Summary of the Project
-Project's Objective

The project, if authorized, will then pass to phase two, in which a formal report on 
the project shall be sumitted to myself. Such report must include:
-The Project Abstract
-Listing of Benefits & Risks for the Unnion
-Particular Project Needs (workforce,tiime,funding,space,materials)

The final project will then be sent with a priority level calculated on estimated response 
time, or urgency as well as researcher standing in the department, to receive funding and 
final approval by Control. Let me remind you that I will NOT accept anything on paper and 
I expect the department to be an example of paper-free modern research.
