| Queen Beryl is ruler of the Negaverse. She along with her generals and minions destroyed the Silver Millenium, but was sealed into the Silver Crystal. Once the Negaverse was revived it was her goal to first gather energy to strengthen the Negaverse, and to destroy the Sailor Scouts in the process. After they gathered enough energy, she sent out her generals to search for the Silver Crystal so that she could control the universe as she had planned in the past. She also had a big crush on Darien when he was King of the Earth, so in the future she brainwashed him to be her love and a slave of the Negaverse. The Moon Princess was able to heal him and along with the other Sailor Scouts bring the Negaverse to an end. |

Jedite: he was the 1st of Queen Beryl's generals. He was the 1st to challenge the under-estimated sailor scouts. He was easily replaceable and tried a countless number of disguises to either grab energy for the Negaverse or trap the dreaded sailor scouts. Because of failing to do either, Queen Beryl froze him, for all eternity.
Nephlite: He was the 2nd general. He relied on the stars to help him in his battle against the sailor scouts, and posed as millionare Maxfield Stanton. One of Serena's best friends Molly, fell in love with him and he could sense her strong romantic energy. As he started questioning if Molly knew Sailor Moon, he felt he could use her to find Sailor Moon and the Silver Crystal. Molly knew nothing of either but tried to help him anyway. Nephlite began to fall for Molly, and that's when Zoicite attacked. She knowing what Molly meant to him, went after her. In trying to save her against |

Zoicite: Tthe 3rd of Beryl's Generals. Her task was to retrieve the 7 rainbow crystals, to find the Silver Imperium Crystal. She was also to destroy the Sailor Scouts as well as Tuxedo Mask, who were both looking for the rainbow crystals and the moon princess as well. Darien's identity as Tuxedo mask was descovered. Zoicite was supposed to retrieve the remaining crystals from him, and bring him to Queen Beryl. Malachite, her love interest warned Zoicite not to let her hate towards Tuxedo mask go against Beryl's orders. As quickly as she gained the rainbow crystals she lost them, when Serena was discovered as the moon princess. Since she also defied Beryl's orders by trying to kill Tuxedo Mask, she was killed.
Malachite: the last and final General. He often helped Zoicite in trying to gain the rainbow crystals but when she was killed his new orders were to follow Darien who was now controlled by Beryl and the Negaverse. He tried a countless number of times to kill the Sailor Soldiers and retrieve the Silver Crystal from the moon princess. While going up against the Sailor Scouts he was finally defeated. |

Ann and Alan are aliens, who came to the earth to gather energy for the "Doom Tree". They would travel from planet to planet and couldn't substain life anywhere other than earth. Tto keep the doom tree and themselves alive they'd gather the energy of humans, using cardians,
Ann and Alan: They're both somewhat of a couple and disguise themselves as humans. Ann has a crush on Darien, while Alan has a crush on Serena. In the end Ann and Alan found that they were meant to be together and relized what love and friendship truely meant, with the help of the sailor scouts. |

Rubius: He was in charge of finding crystal points and sending the Black Moon Sisters (as seen to the left), to corrupt each point with negative energy from the negamoon. |

Here you have the 4 Black Moon Sisters: Catsy, Birdy, Avery and Prisma. Along with Rubious they'd look for crystal point and infect it with evil energy. Later all of the 4 black moon sisters were healed by the silver crystal and began to lead normal peaceful lives. The only one of the sisters that stands out is Prisma who once dated Sapphire. |

Emerald: After Rubius was destroyed, Emerald, was in control of finding and sending evil energy to the crystal points. She was also madly in love with Prince Diamond though his affections were elsewhere. |
Sapphire: He is Prince Diamond's younger brother, a crush of Emeralds, and Prizma's ex-boyfriend. He never trusted wiseman and wanted him to leave yet wiseman had gained the trust of Diamond. That certain thought had proved right in the end, when wiseman had attacked and injured Sapphire and later killed him. ::tear:: |

Prince Diamond: He is the leader of the Negamoon, whose goal is to corrupt the past Tokyo with their negative energy. He is the brother of Sapphire, the affection of Emerald's eyes, and longs for their enemy Neo Queen Serenity. |
Wicked Lady: She's actually Rini, taken over by the power of the negamoon, supplied by wiseman. Wiseman knew of a strong energy coming from Rini and knew he could use it to the advantage of the negamoon and to his own as well. |

Wiseman/Doom Phantom: He manipulated the minds of those of the negamoon family. His goal was to control them into polluting the Tokyo of the past with dark energy. He then planned to destroy the negamoon family and control the universe (we all know that didn't happen.) |

Doctor Tomoe: He's the father of Hotaru Tomoe, and wants to rule the world. Tomoe used to work in a lab before becoming evil. Due to a science experiment mishap everyone in the lab died except for him, although his daughter Hotaru died as well.In the ruins of the lab Pharoah 90 made a deal with him. He would bring back hotaru in exchange from dr. tomoe's soul. he agreed and became leader of the deathbusters. |

| Kaorynight: She is kind of a Secretary for Doctor Tomoe. She'd help him with frivolous errands, tasks, and in finding the pure heart crystals She'd also watch over Hotaru and wouldn't let her go out much. |

Here you have the Witches 5 (in order): Eudgial, Mimet, Telulu, Viluy, and Cyprine & Ptilol (twins, so are together).
Eudgial's task was different from the others of the Witches 5. Like Kaorynight she was searching and found the holders of the pure heart talismans. The other 4 Witches, were randomly stealing pure hearts to awaken the dark messiah. |

Mistress 9: She was an evil being that lived inside and possessed Hotaru Tomoe, although sometimes hotaru could gain some controll over her. Anyways, by tricking Sailor Moon and gaining the Purity Chalice she was able to call upon the master of the deathbusters, Pharoah 90. Luckily Hotaru was able to regain control and destroyed Mistress 9. |

Nehelenia: She's queen of the Dead Moon and extremely vain. One day her magic mirror told her that her beauty would fade unless she collected dream mirrors, and showed her a picture of how ugly she would become. She then collected as many dream mirrors as she could. She learned of a way to get rid of the Moon kingdom which would require the golden crystal, guarded by Helios. Since he refused to give her the crystal, she trapped him within her palace, and was sealed away into her magic mirrow and sent to the far side of the Dark Moon by Queen Serenity. Though Helios's body was held captive, his soul which took the form of Pegasus escaped. She then sent Zirconia to find and capture him |

Zirconia: ordered by nehelenia to find and capture Pegasus within the dreams of someone purehearted, he created the Amazon Trio, after him. After they were removed, the Amazoness Quartet was then sent to find the golden mirror. |

Amazon Trio (in order): Hawks Eye, Tigers Eye, and Fish Eye. The tasks the Amazon Trio were sent to fulfill was to find the golden mirror, which existed in the dreams to the beholder of Pegasus. Their targets were ordered by Zirconia by choosing pure hearted people, since Pegasus would only hide in the purest of dreams. In following their orders they had to check each person's dream mirror until they found the person pure enough to hold the Goldan Mirror |

Amazoness Quartet (in order): Vesu Vesu, Jun Jun, Para Para, and Cele Cele. Once the Amazon Trio was eliminated the Amazoness Quartet took over, and unlike the ones before them, they went taking dream mirrors in larger quantities. Certain targets however, were sometimes given. |
