From the 22nd December 2002 to the 13th January 2003 I was in Thailand and South Korea participating as an Explorer Scout in the 20th World Scout Jamboree. The experience was one to never be forgotten, and on these pages I have decided to show my photos of the whole event, and also include a record of my thoughts and feelings about the events that I have experienced. |

We flew out from London Heathrow Airport at 9:00pm on Sunday 22nd December. We were all extremely excited and full of anticipation about the trip ahead of us. We all knew that it would change our lives forever. |

We finally arrive in Thailand - all ready for the 20th World Scout Jamboree! |

So we'd finally got to Thailand after what seemed like days of travelling. It was early in the morning on the 24th December. We were all exhausted and getting tired of travelling. We were whizzed through passport control and to baggage collection and then herded out into out first taste of the sweltering, sticky heat of Bangkok. It was almost overwhelming but then we were on the air conditioned coach and on our way to Pattaya and the Ambassador Hotel. |
