If you recall I said in my bio that " I'm a cook in my own right," and this is true. The following recipes are ones that I've made along the way. Some of them were originally inspired by some things I'd heard about or seen. Most of the time when I've made something somebody will ask me " what's it called?",
and that's always been a problem for me. I never know what to call them! I'm sure some time in the future I'll be able to decide on what to title them. Anyhow, hope you enjoy them. If you do use any of them please let me know how they turned out for you.
