Figure out the Percent Increase or Decrease in The Weather

The percent change in the weather is found by using these simple steps.

1. Subtract one city's temperature from another city's temperature.
2. Divide the first city's temperature by the difference in temperatures.
3. Now, remember to move the decimal point two places to the right
to convert from a decimal to a percent.

If the number is negative, it's colder in the second city!!
