Good.  You made it to the 4th period finals page for the test I'm giving on Monday, January 24, 2005.
That's the first step.
Now here are the questions that you should answer by e-mail:
1.  Just begin with a hello and tell me how your finals are going so far.
2.  Choose any article on the front page of today's Chicago Sun-Times online (www.suntimes.com).  After you read it, summarize it: make sure you tell me the 5W's as well as your opinion.
3.  Now tell me about the article you plan on writing for Ms. Lydersen's newspaper.  Just like number 2 above, summarize your main idea as well as the old 5 W's.
4.  Tell me something about what you hope your future career to be.  Tell me things like:

--What kind of job is it?
--How will you get there?
--Can you point me to a few web sites about such a job?
5.  Finally, what kind of website do you plan on building next semester?
What sort of information will be there?
How would you like it to look and/or sound?
**If you have extra time and want extra credit, send me a short article about SOMETHING/ANYTHING that we can post at a soon-to-be online student newspaper of our own.

And what do you think this online paper should be called, anyway?
Anything else I forgot to put here?  Let me know and I'll be glad to give you some of that old-fashioned extra credit stuff.
--Maybe something about that text book we read earlier in the school year?
--Maybe something about other stuff you'd like to learn in this class the rest of the year?
Now good luck on this and all the rest of your finals.
Just to let you know:
This is an old page (look at the date) but I'm keeping it up for now anyway.
