The 2005 Bikini Wrestler of the Year Contest
The results of the 2005 Bikini Wrestler of the Year contests are posted below!
REMEMBER, the voting only determined the winners of the bikini portion of the contests. The wrestling matches determined who won the title, Bikini Wrestler of the Year!

Here were the rules of the contest:

The womens wrestling federation previously announced it's plan to host it's first annual Bikini Wrestling Contest. Contestants from both the Womens Division and Veterans Division competed for two separate titles;

Women's Division Bikini Wrestler of the Year
and
Veteran's Division Bikini Wrestler of the Year.

The rules for the competition were as follows:
The contest consisted of two parts, the first where the fans voted for the women based solely how they look in their bikinis. The second phase pitted the top two finishers against each other in a wrestling match, but with a twist!

For the first round, the women donned bikinis and whatever else they chose to wear, before strutting their stuff before the crowd in two separate bikini contests; one for the Womens Division and one for the Veterans Division. They needed to be careful however since, whatever they chose to wear for the bikini contest was also what they were required to wear in the wrestling match! Fans cast a vote for their favorite bikini-clad woman in each division, using keypads located on the armrest of their seats. The votes were then tallied and, one by one, the women with the least amount of votes were eliminated. But although eiminated, their night wasn't over just yet!

Upon elimination, the scorned women took their place in their own corner of the ring, the three eliminated women forming ...
"THE GAUNTLET" !.

The two remaining finalists from each division fought it out for the Bikini Wrestler and Veteran Bikini Wrestler of the Year title, but not before we added a little twist!. Since this is, after all, a Bikini / WRESTLING Contest, the top vote-getter had a very distinct advantage going into that match. The runner-up from each division was escorted up into the ring to face ...
"THE GAUNTLET" !

With the winner of the bikini portion of the contest waiting patiently, the runner up had to survive in the ring against the three women who were eliminated. If she survived, she then earned the right to face the winner in a match for the crown. The amount of time the runner up had to survive was determined by the outcome of the voting. Each contestant was told the percentage of the votes cast for her and the percentage of votes cast for the winner, as well as the differnetial between the two. Each percentage point of the differential accounted for one mintue that the runner up had to survive. For example, if the winner of the bikini contest garnered 50% of the votes while the runner up attained 40%, she had to survive 10 mintues of ...
"THE GAUNTLET" !

. In order to survive, the runner up had to remain in the ring for the entire time. If thrown from the ring, she was eliminated. She could not be pinned during that time, but she was allowed to submit if the heat got too high! But if she survived, she then faced the winner of the Bikini Contest in a separate match for the title of Bikini Wrestler of the Year or Veteran Bikini Wrestler of the Year !

If, however, the runner up either submitted or was eliminated, the next runner up had to face the remaining two members of THE GAUNTLET. Each member of THE GAUNTLET had incentive to eliminate the women ahead of her, so be prepared for some brutal tactics from ...
