Homo Noeticus Mutandis

 

 

In this article the Australian Close Encounter Resource Network (ACERN) opens its files on research into 'the New Humans', Homo noeticus, 'the Star Children', or 'the new kids on the block', and compares that Australian evidence with the latest research from America and the United Kingdom.

 

There is a quote from the last chapter of the book The Aliens and the Scalpel (1999) by surgeon Dr Roger Leir who writes, "I believe that any mother that looks at her recently-born child in comparison with children born twenty years ago, will testify that there is a tremendous difference.

 

Some look upon the differences in the 'new humans' and say the reasons for this have to do with better prenatal care etc. In my opinion this supposition is nonsense, and in light of my more recent studies and exposure to the alien abduction phenomenon, I have come to the conclusion that the rapid advancement of the human species is due to alien intervention in our bodies and minds. UFO researcher Bob Dean has spoken many times of the development of a new humanity called Homo noeticus. This is a term coined by noted author John White who has been doing research into parapsychology and noetics (the study of consciousness) for many years" (Leir, p.191). Some of the unusual qualities Leir is referring to are:

 

1) The ability of babies to read written print.

2) Sign language being used to communicate with toddlers not old enough to speak.

3) Advancements in crawling or age of speech.

 

"The question is why? I suggest the answer involves alien manipulation of human genetics" (Leir, p.192). More research will obviously be needed to conform these claims before the scientific and medical world will accept them. We first need to establish whether more gifted children than normal are being born and what their range of abilities are, and then we would need to eliminate other causes for such abilities such as better nutrition and parenting. Unfortunately, proving that an increased incidence of genius-level children is the result of alien intervention is made even more difficult in a society that denies that UFOs, aliens, and paranormal abilities even exist.

Another respected researcher, Colin Wilson, in his book Alien Dawn (1998, p.309) writes, "Not long before Andrija Puharich's death, I was asked to write an article about him, and rang his home in America. When I asked him about what he was working on, he told me he was working on the study of supernormal children. 'You wouldn't believe how many of these kids are out there. They seem to be on genius level. I know dozens, and there are probably thousands'." Wilson ends his book by writing, "And this, I suspect is the beginning of the change that the UFOs are working on".

 

Richard Boylan, psychologist, clinical hypnotherapist, and secretary of the Academy of Clinical Close Encounter Therapists (ACCET) in America, not only acknowledges the evidence for Homo noeticus, but has a name for them. He calls them 'Star Kids'. He believes they exist in sufficient numbers to run workshops for both them and their parents. These workshops are called 'Helping Children Explore their ET Encounters' and are designed for those: "special children, and their parents, who have been touched by a heritage from the Stars. They often seem like little adults in children's bodies. They often have a gaze, a knowingness that belies their years. Telepathic down-loading, often during the night, in what are made to seem like 'dreams' increases the range and perspective in which these children operate. The children seem at home with complex devices, which their parents struggle to master. Some of these children are what I call Star Kids. Defined as a child with both human and extraterrestrial origin. The extraterrestrial contribution to the child's make-up may come from reproductive material, from genetic engineering, from biomedical technology, and telepathic consciousness linking, as well as from directed incarnation of an ET into a human body".

 

He continues: "The child is conceived from parents who are themselves 'experiencers'. And the genetic material is in part extraterrestrial, or they have at least had their human genome altered by ET bio-engineering to bring out abilities beyond the average. These children are either much brighter, more cosmically minded, more psychic, or all three, than their human peers. Some invariably remember a previous life in which they have lived with their ET family. I have found they have volunteered for a round of incarnation as a human on Earth, particularly at this pivotal time.

 

These kids are often confused at first by the primitiveness of Earth, their dense physical bodies, and often witless thinking and behaviour of their age mates, not to mention the adults they observe. These children really unnerve their parents when they talk about where they came from, or their 'real' ET parents 'up there!' When these children make profound observations about human foibles, more than one parent has shaken her head and asked herself, 'What kind of child have I had?' ".

ACCET offers these workshops to address such perplexity and outline a path of understanding about these children. The workshops provide an environment where the children have freedom to use their advanced abilities such as telepathy, precognition, telekinesis, penetrating intuition, aura reading, and the close connection with their ET guardians without the ridicule and negative peer pressure they would face in ordinary schools.

 

The workshops also have a component to give parents guidance on how to help their Star Kids be all they can be. I wrote a letter to Richard Boylan inquiring about the Star Kids and a possible link to Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), because several of my clients with contact experiences have had some of their children diagnosed with ADD or ADHD. He replied that, "Some seem to think there is an ADD or ADHD disorder in Star Kids. What I think is the case is that Star Kids are crushingly bored by regular school and other pedestrian information presentations, and seem distracted with wandering attention as a result of their boredom ('How slow the teaching goes, I can't pay attention to something presented that slowly, that simply, with that much repetition'). I think it is worthy of comment that as little as twenty years ago the ADD syndrome was unknown."

 

From books written by 'contact experiencers', we hear that many can recall having been taught in spaceships, or special ET night schools. Author and experiencer Whitely Strieber wrote about attending such a school as a child in his book The Secret School (1997). Many of the people that complete my encounter experiences questionnaire mention having information and knowledge that they had not consciously learnt. This may be in the form of general information, ecological awareness, or sensitive, secret information. It may be precognitive knowledge, even mathematical formulae, physics, and spiritual concepts.

 

These individuals are often very confused about what to do with the information, as well as being bewildered about how they just know this stuff. It is often beyond anything they may have learnt at school or educational establishments. It is also interesting that it is not necessarily only down-loaded to our academics or scientists, although that happens too, but to many people from all walks of life, like the farmer who suddenly becomes knowledgeable about complicated mathematics or quantum physics; or the builder who finds he has information on anti-gravity devices. Added to this are experiencers who suddenly start to speak a language or languages that they say feel more comfortable to speak than their primary language, such as English. They also find they have a desire to write in an unusual language or script and feel compelled to draw unusual symbols or pictures.

 

Homo noeticus or Star Kids are being recognised in America, but what is the evidence in Australia to support the existence of these 'new kids on the block', which is my name for them? From my research I have become increasingly convinced that there is growing evidence to support the hypothesis that they do exist.

 

I have only briefly told some of the accounts of the new kids on the block, and what seem to be rapid changes apparent in some of our children. This suggest a reprogramming, not only of our genetic make-up, but a deliberate and continuous non-human educational program facilitating a super-awareness with abilities that, up till recently, would have only been seen in a select few. As I continue to research and explore these accounts from parents who have had contact, I become more convinced by the possibility that we are indeed witnessing a rapid evolution of the species on many levels of awareness. If this is indeed the case, then it is vital to recognise it and instigate programs to assist our new kids on the block to integrate and grow healthily and with the correct support, as is being pioneered by ACCET and Richard Boylan. Children of the New Dream

Interview with Drunvalo Melchizedek

Diane: So Drunvalo...who are these "Children of the New Dream" that you are so excited about?

Drunvalo: Well there are 3 different kinds of children emerging in the world today that I have been able to identify. The first are called the "Super Psychic Children of China". The second are called the "Indigo Children" and the third are called the "Children of AIDS".

The first one, the "Super Psychics of China", we talked about in the Flower of Life seminars. If you remember, the first one was discovered in 1984 when child was found who was psychic beyond belief. Researchers conducted every psychic test you could imagine and he was 100% correct every time. You could turn cards over in another room and that didn't matter. He could perfectly know what was on the card.

So Omni magazine went to China and wrote an article on this discovery. They found one child and then another. When they went in 1984 they assumed it was a hoax so they did experiments like putting 100 kids in a room and taking a book and randomly pulling out a page. They would crumple it up and stick it under their arm. These kids could read every word on the page.

They did test after test, and the response was flawless. The phenomena didn't stop there. These kids are not just in China. They have spread all over the world. I personally have been talking to parents who ask me, "...what do we do.. I have a kid who knows everything?" I believe Lee Carroll is calling the children being born here in the U.S. "the Indigo Children". I personally think the two groups are coming from the same source, however, I don't know that for sure. There appears to be two separate groups, incredibly psychic and amazing.

It is the third group that I am most interested in - the Children of AIDS. About 10 or 11 years ago in the US, there was a baby born with AIDS. They tested him at birth and at 6 months and he tested positive for AIDS. They tested him a year later and he still tested positive. Then they didn't test him again until he was 6, and what was amazing is that this test showed that he was completely AIDS free! In fact, there was no trace that he ever had AIDS or HIV whatsoever!

He was taken to UCLA to see what was going on and those tests showed that he didn't have normal human DNA. In the human DNA we have 4 nucleic acids that combine in sets of 3 producing 64 different patterns that are called codons. Human DNA all over the world always has 20 of these codons turned on and the rest of them are turned off, except for 3 which are the stop and start codes, much like a computer. Science always assumed that the ones that were turned off were old programs from our past. I've always seen them like application programs in a computer. Anyway...this boy had 24 codons turned on - 4 more than any other human being. Then they tested this kid to see how strong his immune system was.

They took a very lethal dose of AIDS in a petri dish and mixed it with some of his cells and his cells remained completely unaffected. They kept raising the lethalness of the composition and finally went up to 3,000 times more than what was necessary to infect a human being and his cells stayed completely disease free. Then they started testing his blood with other things like cancer and discovered that this kid was immune to everything! Then they found another kid with these codons turned on - then another one then another one - then 10,000, then 100,000, then a million of them and at this point, UCLA, by watching world-wide DNA testing, estimates that 1% of the world has this new DNA. That breaks down to approximately 60 million people who are not human by the old criteria.

Diane: Is this new codon activation found only in newborn children?

Drunvalo: Well, it's mostly children, but now they are finding adults with it too - just like the hundredth monkey theory. Now all kinds of people are being affected by it and it's spreading fast. Remember, it started just 5 years ago with almost no one and now it's spreading - just like a disease. It's like an outbreak and this is only the beginning.

 

Helping Children Explore ET Encounters

One of my favorite passages in the Bible is the account where Jesus is sitting down, having finished teaching. Some small children want to run up to him, but their mothers restrain them. The Avatar of Galilee responded to this by saying, "Allow the little children to come to me, and do not hinder them, for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven."

Lakota spiritual Elder Looks-For-Buffalo (Floyd Hand) declared at the Star Vision Conference that "Jesus was a Starman." By this the Lakota shaman meant that Jesus was from the stars: his consciousness was at least in part extraterrestrial, and may have been supported by hybrid ET-human genetic structure. And Jesus's touching love and caring for children is shared by the myriad other extraterrestrial visitors now making contact with humans. They, too, reveal a deep concern for Earth's children, particularly the ones here now. For they know that these are the generation which will grow up to lead Earth into a totally new and transformed era - what indigenous people call the Fifth World.

A Star Child may be defined as a child with both human and extraterrestrial origin. The extraterrestrial contribution to the child's makeup may come from reproductive material, from genetic engineering, from biomedical technology, and from telepathic consciousness linking, as well as from directed incarnation of an ET into a human body.

These children are special, as their sometimes bewildered and bemused parents know all too well. They often seem to be little adults in children's bodies. They often have a gaze and a knowingness that belies their years. Many years of continuing ET biological engineering in an ongoing effort to upgrade the human race have resulted in children whose heads are now often so big that a Caesarian section, or at least an episiotomy, is the only way they can be born. But even though increased cranial size is a rough index of intelligence, even more important is the qualitative increase in human development, in areas such as enhanced psychic abilities, ability to harness bioenergetic (chi, prana) energy and earth and cosmic forces to heal, and telepathic and intuitive linking with others and with Source Consciousness.

Certainly not all ET assistance with humankind's development is at a physical level. Telepathic downloading of information, often during the night in what are made to seem like "Dreams", increases the range of knowledge and perspective with which these children operate. These children seem at home with complex devices which their parents sometimes struggle to master. They seem to home in on the personal computer, for example, and without fear navigate it almost intuitively.

Einstein received such information to inspire some of his advanced theories. When NSC Special Studies Group member Dr. Michael Wolf was at Princeton being studied as a child prodigy, he had a conversation with Einstein, who was not surprised that young Wolf got some of his advanced ideas during nocturnal downloads, too. And NASA technology consultant David Adair tells of a conversation with world-famous physicist Stephen Hawking, who asked where David got his advanced technology concepts. "These ideas come to me during sleep," Adair responded. Hawking replied, "If you had given me any other answer, I would not have believed you. I get those 'Dreams', too."

Some of this generation's vanguard children are what I call Star Kids. These children's very conception, like Jesus's, was due to more than mere human reproduction. Their mother or father were experiencers of extraterrestrial contact, sometimes without conscious memory of that fact until later in life. As a result of that contact, the Star Child was conceived with either genetic material which is in part extraterrestrial, or at least had their human genome altered by ET bioengineering to bring out abilities beyond the average. In more than a few cases, the Star Child's parents were themselves Star Children, and their child's subsequent development built on their own. In one case I worked with a family where there were four generations of experiencers!

These Star Children are either much brighter, more cosmic-minded, more psychic, or all three than their human peers. Some of them even remember a previous life in which they lived with their ET family. Almost invariably I have found, during hypnotic regression to previous existence, that they had volunteered for a round of incarnation as a human on Earth, particularly at this pivotal time.

It is to address such perplexity, and to outline a path of understanding about these children, that this article is written.

Many of these Star Children are coached in special ET Night Schools. Scores of experiencers have told me about going at night to a special location on Earth, or up into a spaceship, to be shown and taught many things, including events of the near future. These Star Kids may not understand everything they have been shown at the time. But later, when it will be important, the information comes or will come to the surface of their mind to be used.

Famed author Whitley Strieber went to such a Star School when he was of elementary student age. He would get the urge to leave his house and bicycle across part of San Antonio to a wooded setting where other children his age were also gathered. There a figure in a hood and robe taught special school, showing the children scenes from the past and the future, among other things. Whitley assumed that the teacher was a nun, like the robed Catholic Sisters who taught in his parochial school. Later, in adult life, he met some of the individuals who had also attended this same Star School.

One most interesting Star Kid is a six-year-old girl I've met whom I'll call Katrina. She told her parents and brother, and finally me, about the school she goes to up in a space ship at night. She even drew the ship, which has a classroom with a "chalkboard that's not really a chalkboard", and drew the special "pen" she uses to draw from a distance onto the non-chalkboard.

Katrina not only remembers her ET mother, but one day the ET mother appeared to Katrina's mother, and told her to take good care of Katrina, now that she was an Earth child. Katrina also writes "alien language" characters, and speaks and translates her "alien language" fluently.

A young boy I know I'll call Seymour is another Star Child. He had visitation in his bedroom at night, and used to talk about it until his mother became disconcerted and told him there's no such thing as aliens. Seymour quickly learned not to share what he knew with her. But he still shares drawings of ETs and spaceships with his more accepting grandfather.

The ETs have indicated that soon there will be special schools set up for these Star Children, where they can learn and have freedom to use the advanced abilities and talents they have, such as telepathy, precognition, telekinesis, penetrating intuitiveness, aura-reading, bioenergetic healing, and their close connectedness with their ET guardians, without the ridicule or negative peer pressure they would face in ordinary schools. Such schools will require special, sensitive learning and skills-development and ET-human bicultural curriculum development I call such the Star Kids School, and am planning to help establish grade-school and junior-senior high school units of this Star Kids School in the near future, as resources manifest.

Such schools will also have a component for parents, where these mothers and fathers will get guidance on how to help their Star Kids truly be all that they can be. And there will be help for their parents to come to terms with their own journey from ordinary "reality" to the cosmic society into which we are rapidly evolving. As a prologue to developing such a Star Kids School, I will be convening a workshop on "Helping Children Explore ET Encounters" next Spring.

As I see it, some parents will choose to send their Star Child to a Star Kids School (when available), and others will send theirs to public school and try to supplement that education with home instruction, while still other parents will home-instruct their star Child, feeling equipped enough with information and ET awareness to do so. Which of the three is the best course? That will be a parent decision.

In what I have been shown, the Star Kids School is a resource, not a mandatory experience. Such a school would contain not only human-appearing ET-mutated Earth kids, but also the more ET-looking hybrid kids with the thin, wispy hair and oversized eyes and skulls, who appear too "exotic" to mainstream in regular Earth schools. The Star Kids School will be the first safe place for such half-ling children to reside on Earth. And, of course, the human-appearing ET-mutated Earth kids make rather compatible schoolmates for these halfling hybrids to play and learn with. Thus begins the opening phase of Integration of the Schools - Cosmic Style! :-)

These Star Children are soon coming of age in time to take leadership roles in the completely transformed world predicted to come to pass over the next dozen years. They will be the new world's teachers, leaders, alternative healers, visionaries, community organizers, and peacemakers. And from their ranks will come Earth's ambassadors to communicate with the ambassadors of the Star Visitors, as we make the transition from an Earth-bound society to one which travels among the stars.

Let us welcome our Star Children, and carefully nurture their development. They are indeed our future.
