Word Wall
In our classroom, we have a special wall with words that we use frequently in our reading and writing.  Every week, we add five new words.  We play many games and activities to practice reading and spelling these new words.  Anything that is on the word wall should ALWAYS be spelled correctly in student's work.  Everyday we practice identifying words on the word wall by using clues such as:

1) It is on the word wall.
2) It is two letters.
3) It rhymes with bat.
What is it?

Please make sure your child can read, identify, and spell all of the words on our word wall.
