Modifications continued....
Some of my mods are:
I've recently done some upgrades / mods.  Here's what I had done:
I now have 18" Kumho tires wrapped around KMC chrome and air bags all the way around w/ 12 switch box controller - extra 5g tank in the bed, several billet accessories added in interior.  (I have put yet to be installed - after paint job:  painted grille shell with 30-bar billet grill insert, molded painted bumper cover w/ lower air dam), chrome brake dust covers.
SS sport electric mirrors, chrome wheel moldings, painted door handle covers, billet GMC grille w/ upgraded double headlights, fiberglass hood w/ molded in scoop 1/4" raise, caddy taillights, billet roll pan, GMC billet license plate, tonnue cover (going to replace w/ locking hardtop), tailgate handle relocator, GMC 3rd brake light where tailgate handle was, split back window, tinted windows, billet antenna, flexsteel custom maroon velour buckets w/ seat in middle & hidden compartment for tapes/cupholders, billet rearview mirror, billet pedal kit, billet shifter, maroon molded carpet kit, Grant sport steering wheel (red/black), Alpine cd/cassette receiver w/ remote, 2 Denon 4x6 speakers in the side walls of cab and 2 Kenwood 4x6 up front.  Recently added black lite neon tube behind the seat under rear window - Nice Glow Effect!
Under the hood: I really have not upgraded much because there are not chrome accessories for the factory 4.3l v6 engine I've got - so I spray painted the air filter cover red to match the truck.  I have added a K&N Air Filter, which I saw a good amount of added horsepower after adding it - GREAT PRODUCT!
I also put Flowmaster exhaust kit on - UPDATE: I now have a Gibson full system, which added another generous amount of horsepower not to mention a beautiful sound of power.  Latest:  had some Gibson chrome headers installed, have a Edelbrock manifold waiting to be put on.

Future plans:  As far as the body mods go - its a SECRET! But I do plan to put a crate engine in it (305).  I have door poppers for when the door handles are going to be shaved, will be painted with House of Kolors paint, will have a molded headliner put in and have AutoSound of Lexington create a sound system for me.
