INGREDIENTS
| hamburger | 1 lb | ||
| spaghetti sauce | 1 jar 570 ml - any flavour | ||
| broad egg noodles | 1 pkg - 375 g | ||
| mozza cheese | 1 cup, grated | ||
| sour cream | 1/3 c | ||
| parmesan cheese | 1/2 c |
METHOD
brown hamburger and drain fat
stir in sauce, simmer on low heat for 10 min
combine mozza cheese and sour cream
cook noodles
grease casserole dish and put in half of the noodles, half of the meat mixture and the cheese mixture. add the rest of the noodles and remaining meat mixture
sprinkle with parmesan cheese
bake covered at 350 for 25 min
remove cover and cook 5 more min
