MISSOURI WINS 2nd ANNUAL MUQ AWARD
by Ray

She seems to be on everyone's lists. And why not? Pageant fans and online missologists cannot deny that she is 'the one to beat' in Miss USA 2004.
Yes, the uber-sexy Shandi Finnessey, a 25-year-old graduate student of Lindenwood University, is MUQ's My Miss USA Queen for 2004.
Shandi holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in psychology and is currently studying for her Master's degree in counseling.
Many agree that Shandi has the potential to win the USA's sixth Miss Universe title if given the chance to compete in Ecuador. This 5'11" stunner is a strong competitor who wowed the prelim judges with her fantastic swimsuit and gown presentations. She has that indescernable 'it factor' that only a few possess. Witty, fit, and beautiful: my top choice for Miss USA 2004!
