Shanandoia

The dappled moonlight glints off the darkened waters of the ocean. The breeze of moments before is still, as if in anticipation. Even the soft lap of the waves against the beach is muffled by an unknown force. Slowly at first, the water about halfway out begins swirling, then gaining momentum until it is a frothing pool of salty water. Seemingly emerging from the whirling waters, a creature begins its path towards you...walking overtop of the water. It's either that, or the creature has bewithced the water to glide her across to the beach. When she reaches where you stand, ankle deep in the water, she bows her majestic head. The saphire on her feather charms glint regally, and the obsidian is a stunning contrast. Just as you reach out to touch her, one word enters your mind unbidden, though not by her doing...
