The Enchanted Valley is haunted with traces of beautiful magic long ago forgotten. The air is pure, so pure it is almost hard to breathe. Every surface seems to glitter with an unseen light, illuminated from within. The colours of everything from the lush grass to the dainty flowers are vivid; no dullness exists here. The petals are covered with drops of dew, and you hear a gentle waterfall tumbling in the distance.
"It is very peaceful here, no?" Arielle comments softly, almost in rapture.

A soft, throaty nicker sounds to your left, causing you to whril around in surprise. You hadn't heard anything approach! But the majestic Crystal Unicorn standing before you strikes no fear into your heart. He exudes a masculine strength, and the bells around his neck jingle melodically as he moves towards you. He bows his head to your hand, but jerks up before he touches you. He snorts once, before galloping off into the trees, mane and tail streaming.

Shortly after the departure of the stallion, you hear a timid snuffling behing you. Turning again, you find yourself face to face with a lovely Crystal mare. She is smaller, much more petite and almost delicate. A playful toss of her head and the michevious glint in her eye makes you decide maybe she isn't so timid after-all. In the flash of an eye, she lunges out to grab your shirt, ripping a small hole and prancing off, apparently pleased with herself.

You smile softly, not irritated at the young mare's antics in the least. As you turn, you catch something shiny and.../red/? You cock your head slowly, very slowly, so as not to scare away whatever it is that...well, shines. When you see the object reflecting such light, you almost lose your cool in a fit of laughter. Why, it's another Crystal! And he appears to be holding balloons! Two, to be exact. How sweet... you think. Bowing his head, almost bashful, he approaches you. He comes only as close as he must before stretching out his neck carefully. Puzzled, you tilt your head. What does he want? The little stallion shakes his muzzle impatiently, jiggling the balloons. Ah! Of course! He wants you to have one! A tender smile flits about the corners of your mouth and you gently take the one with "i love you" scripted across the shiny expanse. As soon as your fingers close around the string, he nickers throatily and backs away, slowly, then picking up speed before whirling around and galloping off the same direction as the mare.
