In Memory Of TJ Noe October 7, 1987- March 4, 2004
I know your life on Earth was troubled, And only you could know the pain, You weren't afraid to face the devil, You were no stranger to the rain Go rest high on that mountain, Son your work on Earth is done, Go to Heaven a-shoutin Love for the Father and the Son Oh how we cried the day you left us, We gathered round your grave to grieve, Wish I could see the angels' faces When they hear your sweet voice sing Go rest high on that mountain Son your work on Earth is done Go to Heaven a-shoutin Love for the Father and the Son Go to Heaven a-shoutin Love for the Father and the Son.
TJ died in a car accident on the way to school on March 4, 2004. He saw a friend of his on the side of the road having car troubles and when he went to make a U-turn to help her out, he was hit by an oncoming truck. He died around noon that day. Not only was TJ a good roping partner, but he was a damn good bareback rider and also a good friend. TJ, if you're reading this right now, we miss you like crazy. I can't tell you why things happened the way they did, but I know you're doing aight up there. Maybe there's an unlimited amount of Copenhagen, or maybe youre workin on trucks all day. Whatever you're doing, dont forget about us. Save me a seat in Cowboy Heaven hun.
