Robert Randal is the most comically eloquent person I have ever met. The range of his intelligence is of immense magnitude, but he does not flaunt it. Rob always brings a smile to your face. Like so many others, he was not impressed with Phi Theta Kappa at the beginning stages of his involvement. The amount that he has given to the chapter since then amazes me. He is always willing to help out with any project and does a wonderful job. Rob has worked diligently on our recycling project in rain, sleet, and snow. He is also the first one to volunteer to man our booth during school functions. He is now a Phi Theta Kappa nut, as evidenced by his wardrobe. Being Kappa district Vice President, Rob has been inspired to implement more fellowship throughout our chapters, and since then, it has been spreading like wild fire. I cannot explain how much Rob cherishes everyone's support, it is immeasurable. Rob has shown true leadership by taking the bull by the horns, so to speak. For example, with some persuasion, Rob accepted the task of running for regional office. In the beginning, he was extremely self-doubtful. After many long talks, he began to have confidence in who he is. In case you didn't know, Rob has a fear of speaking in front of people. When I met him and got to know him, this amazed me, because of his ability with words. The morning before his speech at the Missouri Regional Convention, he drank not one, not two, not even four cups of coffee. He drank at least seven cups of coffee. With one speech, he can make people laugh and instill the Pride of every Phi Theta Kappan. To be able to see Rob grow so much has really been a priviledge, and my bet is that by the end of the year, he will be one of Phi theta Kappa's "Unstoppable Juggernauts."
