Mineral Area College's Lambda chapter of Phi Theta Kappa held their annual Spring Highway Cleanup on April 23rd. The chapter adopted the stretch of Highway 67 directly in front of the college. They have cleaned this stretch twice a year for several years. Over fifty members and interested non-Phi Theta Kappa students took part in the project, picking up many bags of trash and having a great time while doing so! After the cleanup, Lambda chapter held a pizza party in their concourse area to thank those who helped.
