Egg Nog |

6 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup golden rum 1 pint cream 1 pint milk Nutmeg
Beat eggs until large and foamy. Add sugar and salt, betaing until thick and lemon coloured. Stir in rum, cream and milk. Chill for at least 3 hours and serve with a sprinkling of nutmeg. |

White Lady |

2 ounces gin 1 ounce Cointreau 1/2 ounce lemon juice
Shake together with ice and strain to serve. |

Margarita |
|
|
|
|
|
2 parts tequila 1 part Cointreau 2 parts lime juice
Shake qith ice and strain to serve. |
|
|

Bellini |
|
|
|
1 part white peach puree 5 parts chilled champagne
Just mix! |

As with all alcoholic beverages drink in moderation and don't get paralytic.
