These were taken at the first session at 10am. This is when the 0-14 age groups competed in beauty and swimwear.
And this was taken at the second session at 6pm that evening. This was during the opening number. All the girls got either a red or a blue T-shirt, and had to decorate a pair of white shorts, pants or skirt to the theme of "Proud to be an American". The director of the pageant gave a special award to the girl (or parent) who had the best decorated pair.
