Kid's Choice
During this unit, we will concentrate on the following concepts:
- People who live in the United States are called citizens.
- The flag is a symbol of our country.
- Good citizens choose to be responsible, work cooperatively, and want to be involved.
- Voting is a right, a responsibility, and a fair way to involve each person in making a group decision.
- Qualities of a good leader.
** All the kindergarten teachers in the primary building (Mrs. Tognocchi, Mrs. Olin, Mrs. Perriera, and Mrs. Privett) will be teaching the children about what makes America so special!
