The
Frog Pond is a great graphics spot. Not only does the page contain high quality professional photographs of 14 rainforest frogs, but contains facts about them. Commercial use of the images requires an okay from the photographers (who can be contacted via information on the web page).
Photographs of demonstrations for the rainforests can be found on the
Rainforest Action Network's Demonstrations web page. It is organized by demonstration with the location and date of each included. Each demonstration contains a list of sub-sections which contain multiple photographs of actual events and people of the demonstration.
The
Amazon Adventure Image Collections contain photographs from a couple of true rainforest adventurers. Photos of animals, insects, plants, people, and scenery give the feel that the web surfer is actually there in the rainforest. Descriptions of the photos accompany them.
The
Columbus Middle School rainforest artwork is a must-see for teachers planning on having their students demonstrate their knowledge and learning through illustration. These California seventh and eighth graders submitted rainforest insect artwork during their study of the Amazon Rainforest. The drawings can even add interest to your presentation of rainforest insects.
Rainforest Wildlife of Australia gives a whole new light to animals of the rainforest. Nearly 500 young people raised along the Peruvian Amazon are becoming accomplished artists by capturing scenes from the rainforest with paint.
