This was my first novel and I really liked it. I am also reading a sequel to this book, A Sudden Silence, and it is really good so far. Eve Bunting is a really good author and I hope she considers writing another children’s novel like this one. I hope you read both of her children’s novels because they’re so good , you won’t want to put them down! Please consider reading them, I’d give them five stars!
