I was feeding my inner geek the other night by watching videos of unfortunate Xbox 360s suffering the Red Ring of Death. And, as you do when watching these kinds of things, I suddenly thought I wanted a souvenir. Even though mine's perfectly healthy and has not been making funny grinding sounds and crashing recently, I felt it was needed as a tribute to all of those poor 360s that have overheated their way into Xbox Heaven.
And so I logged onto eBay, and a quick search found me this:
Yes, I ordered myself a Red Ring of Death custom t-shirt. I made up the caption myself. Clever, 'eh? The guy I bought from specializes in Xbox 360 t-shirts, and my geek was crying out for one. Plus, at �9.99 it's cheaper than most of the clothes I usually buy. It'll do perfectly under my work top, and will show off my complete geek whenever I'm doing the delivery in the back - uniform isn't strict. My colleagues will be green with envy. Or red, depending if they're overheating at the time.
