You can become a volunteer by mentoring/tutoring students in your local school, cleaning up a playground, painting a house, bringing food to a person in need, sending supplies to our brave troops overseas, answering phones at a telethon, or even mowing the yard of a person who is inable to do it themselves. The possiblities are endless! You dont have to travel to a different country when you can make a difference in your own neighborhood.
