Homeowners present will be permitted to address the Board of Directors for a maximum of three minutes on issues of concern.  Maximum of 20 minutes is suggested to ensure that all Board business is conducted within the two-hour time frame established.

The next meeting is the Annual Members Meeting scheduled for November 8, 2005.

The next board meeting is scheduled for December 13, 2005, and there is a scheduling conflict with that date. Would the board like to move the date up a week because it is getting close to the holidays? A proposed date of December 6, 2005 would work.
