Zechariah 14:12And this shall be the plague with which the Lord shall strike
all the nations that have fought against Jerusalem: their flesh

Nostradamus also wrote about Paris:
The great city will be thoroughly desolated,
Of the inhabitants not a single one will remain there:
Walls, sex, temples and virgins violated,through swords, fire, plague and cannon people will die(Ill-84).
The Prophecy of Mayence (1854) wrote:
"Woe to thee, great city[Paris]: woe to thee, city of vice! Fire and sword shall succeed fire and famine."
St. John Vianney stated:
Paris shall be demolished and burnt in earnest, but not entirely. Events shall transpire more terrible than what we have seen. However, there shall be a limit beyond which the destruction shall not'go.
