| Here is an example of a charm that Friend can earn after finishing the Holy Spirit unit. Charms can be worn on a necklace that must first be earned by memorizing all of the Friends Distinctives and Songs. |
| If a girl completes all of the required units for Friends, she will become a Friends Graduate. If she was an Honor Daisy, an Honor Prim, an Honor Star, and a Friends Graduate, then she may be eligible to receive the Missionettes Silver Medal of Honor. |
