The Band
Over the summer of 2003 two friends we shoping at Sounds Like in Riverside, California.  When they heard a song that would inspire them to write a song.  On the drive home they wrote the lyrics and discused how the song would sound.  And upon arival to Jennifer's House they wrote their first big hit I Don't Care.  After only one day of rehersal Jennifer and Katy performed for a few of their friends and after seeing their reaction to the music decided it could not stop at only one song.  A few weeks later while driving in Katy's car on the way home from somewhere probably the mall they had a near death expierence and realized they needed to write another song.  And by the time they finally got home a new song was created Are we Going to Die. By the end of the night it was also performed in front of frineds and family.  Then tradgedy struck when Jennifer and Katy lost a good friend of theirs to the Army.  They were very depresed and did not know what to do.  So they realized Marisol (their friend in the army) probably felt the same and missed home.  So they started writing letters and started thinking there had to be another way to remind Marisol of home.  One day while sitting at Jennifers house they had the great idea to pursue the band and write a cd just for Marisol.  This cd would later be known as Missing Miss Military.

Jennifer
The origonal one to push to really create the band and have it continue over the years.  She plays all of the instruments on the cd including guitars, bass, drums, keyboard plus does additional vocals on a few songs.  Jennifer also did all of the designs for both cds and recorded, mixed, and produced all of the songs.  Not to mention she also inspired Katy to write two songs about her (Thank You Jenn and  Shut Up Jennifer).  The I Know web site that you are visiting right now was also completly designed and created by her.
Katy
The real brains behind the band.  Katy writes all of the lyrics that I Know puts out and comes up with all of the ideas for the songs on her own.  The origonal idea of Marisol being Miss Military came from Katy and was good enough to make a cd.  When writing lyrics she is quite amazing she takes less then five minutes to write any song.  So Jennifer is the reason the songs take so long to finish recording and production.
